Maintenance-Free Living
Whether you are the up-and-coming millennial, a busy Gen-Xer, or an active 55+ empty nester, maintenance-free living could be the perfect lifestyle for you. At Spencer Homes, we build custom homes in a number of simplified living neighborhoods, such as Meridian Grove in Glen Carbon, IL., The Enclave at Augusta Greens in O’Fallon, IL and Villas of Nottingham in Maryville, IL. They provide basic lawn care and maintenance services, so you can enjoy a well-maintained neighborhood without the time-consuming responsibilities that often come with being a homeowner.
Long-Term Mobility
At Spencer Homes, we build with long-term mobility in mind, creating homes designed to keep you comfortable, capable, and at home longer. That is why we thoughtfully incorporate features in our maintenance-free neighborhoods, while also making them available in semi-custom and custom homes, allowing you or your loved ones long-term comfort without sacrificing style or a sense of normalcy.
These villa-style homes have a variety of features that support aging in place and promote homeowners’ safety and well-being, including: zero-entry, no-step garage into the home, zero-entry, no-curb shower, and wide pathways throughout home.
With more than 100 maintenance-free homes designed and built, Spencer Homes has extensive experience creating spaces that support homeowners through every stage of life.
