Lucy is the first person you see when you are welcomed into the Spencer Design Center. With a focus on customer experience and marketing, Lucy works every day to ensure customer satisfaction with new and old clients. After graduating from Ball State University in 2023 with a Property Management degree, Lucy is working on learning more about the home-building process. After having some experience within the Apartment industry throughout college, she found her way down to Southern Illinois. I love connecting with people and learning new things, this job has given me the opportunity to constantly grow and build my knowledge on the home building industry.
